Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tipsy Elves gear, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and let us know the reason so we can improve your future experience.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
